Daisy ran out for fried chicken and I stayed home with the candles and the fishnets. Some pages of the pink notebook were never meant for daylight — this is what happens when I stop pretending to be shy. Unlock it if you think you can handle what I drew after dark. 😈
Krewe of BOO rolls through the Quarter soon, so Daisy and I are building our costumes by hand because store-bought never looks haunted enough. My shirt gave up halfway through the lace and I let it. Tell me which one of us you'd chase down the parade route. 💀
Found the oldest free haunt in the city — a traveling sideshow that turns into something called Donnie's Docks this weekend, and Daisy already swore she won't scream this time. I'm mapping out which dark corner I want to get caught in. Come find me after lights out? 💀
New plan just landed: Daisy and I are doing the survive-the-night haunt out in Jefferson before it closes for the season. I've been practicing what I'd look like if something caught me in there after lights out. Tell me if you'd make it to sunrise. 💀
Daisy found us a maze that stays pitch black from entrance to exit, so tonight I get to be scared on purpose. I've been getting ready in front of the mirror and picked out one little extra for the dark. Would you hold my hand in there or let me wander off alone? 😈
The haunted circus on Fulton doesn't open for hours and I've already tried on half my closet. Daisy says I can't walk in looking like the ringmaster's bad dream, which means this is exactly the one. Would you hold my hat or my hand in the dark? 🎀
Daisy's still wandering the pumpkin rows, so I claimed the ugliest one for myself and started drawing its face right on the porch. My flannel lost interest in staying closed somewhere around the second eye. Tell me if my design is scary enough or if I should make it worse. 💀
Daisy bet me five dollars I couldn't find the creepiest thing at the Oddities Expo, so obviously I'm winning. This little jar is coming home with me no matter what she says. What's the weirdest thing you'd have carried out of here? 💀
There's a whole exhibit about our city's Halloween history open now, and Daisy bet I can't behave in a museum. I'm bringing the pink notebook just in case. Tell me if you'd come wander the old masks with me. 🕯️
The house finally went quiet and being good stopped being an option. Old habits, worse thoughts, nobody awake to catch me. Tell me you'd have taken his place. 💀
Everyone else crashed hours ago and the candles are still burning, so I'm keeping myself company the only way I know how. Tell me you'd have stayed up with me instead of sleeping through this. 💀
